Bluesky acquired 350 / 352 Essex Street in 2014.  The building was built in 1850,  and, in it’s early years, was two separate single family attached dwellings.  The buildings were converted to apartments in 19XX, and prior to Bluesky, had been owned for XX years.

The building underwent an extensive, 18 month renovation after the purchase by Bluesky, during which major electrical systems were replaced and individual units were upgraded with new kitchens and bathrooms.

During the Summer of 2020, the building underwent an exterior facelift in which substantial replacements and renovation was performed to the historic exterior, and the entire structure received a fresh paint job.
